Scale Intelligence
Structural frameworks, scale-readiness diagnostics, and execution governance for the transition from prototype to production
The Operating Model Is Part of the System.
We often draw a robotic system’s boundary around the machine. We treat the hardware, software, sensors, controls, instruments, and interfaces as the system. We place the people who operate it, the procedures they follow, and the organization responsible for its use outside that boundary, and we label it training, operations, or management. While that may be convenient, it is not always technically honest.

Scale Without Structural Failure
Scale exposes weakness.
Structure prevents it.
We build the systems that allow products to scale.
